Cancellation Policy

Date: Monday 25 August 2025 from 1000hrs to 1600hrs 1. Sale Space Car Boot: o The Vendor will be allocated a space measuring approximately W5m x D6.5m for the sale of goods. Large spaces will be provided for vans Transit size and above. o The space is reserved for the Vendor for the duration of the sale, from 1000hrs to 1600hrs. 2. Sale Space Tabletop o The vendor will be allocated a table(s) there are three sizes W180 x D70cm, W130 x D70, and W120 x D60 these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. They will also be allocated a free parking space close to the Community Centre. 3. Vendor Fee Car Boot: o The Vendor agrees to pay a fee of £10 per car to secure their space at the car boot sale. o Vans Transit size and above will be charged at £20. o Payment is due at the time of booking. o Spaces will not be reserved without payment. 4. Vendor Fee Tabletop o The Vendor agrees to pay a fee of £10 to secure their space at the Tabletop sale. o Payment is due at the time of booking. o Spaces will not be reserved without payment. 5. Goods for Sale: o The Vendor agrees to sell only items that are legal and appropriate for public sale. o The Organiser reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate or illegal. 6. Liability: o The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items sold by the Vendor. o The Vendor agrees to hold the Organiser harmless from any claims arising from the conduct of the Vendor during the sale. 7. Cancellation: o In case of cancellation by the Vendor, the fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made before midnight on 31 July 2025. o The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued to the Vendor. 8. Additional Rules: o The Vendor must arrive at least 60 minutes before the sale starts for setup. o The Vendor is responsible for keeping their area tidy and for removing all unsold items and rubbish at the end of the sale. o Vehicles will not be permitted to move on site without a traffic marshal escort. o Vehicles will not be permitted to leave thesite until it is safe to do so, and a traffic marshal is available to escort them off the site. o No commercial or trade vendors permitted.
